Before you sign up
What does the free trial cost me?
Nothing, and we do not take a card. After 14 days you decide. If you do nothing, nothing is charged, because we never held a card to charge.
What if I pay late?
Nothing renews by itself, so nothing is taken from your account without you pressing pay. If your paid-up date passes, you carry on working for a week. After that new quotes and invoices pause, and everything you have entered stays readable and exportable until you pay again. We never lock you out of your own records.
What happens to my records if I leave?
They are yours. Download the lot as a spreadsheet from Settings, any time. If you stop paying we keep them for a year, then email you a link to download everything before anything is deleted.
I am not a VAT vendor. Is this still for me?
Yes, and you will never see a VAT field. Registered vendors get SARS-format tax invoices; everyone else gets a plain invoice, which is what the law requires.
Can I pay by EFT?
Yes. Paying online through Paystack is quickest, but if you would rather pay by EFT, get in touch and we will set it up. Every payment you make gets an invoice from us.
